“Un oasis de privacidad único en La Habana Vieja”
Jesús María 7 Casa Boutique está ubicada en el corazón de La Habana Vieja, en el extremo costero de San Isidro, un encantador barrio lleno de arquitectura ecléctica.
En 2022 completamos una renovación de seis años para preservar el carácter del edificio que data de 1910 y al mismo tiempo agregar comodidades modernas.
Distribuidos en dos plantas, ofrecemos cinco amplias suites y una habitación doble, todas con baño. Todas nuestras habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado, múltiples ventiladores, amplias duchas e iluminación ambiental.
Las puertas y las vajillas fueron hechos a mano por artesanos cubanos utilizando materiales de origen local. Los muebles datan del período poscolonial anterior a la revolución, lo que le da un toque vintage a las habitaciones.
El desayuno se sirve en la terraza de la azotea; previa solicitud, se puede servir en las habitaciones o en el patio de la planta baja, rodeado de exquisitas plantas tropicales y el suave caer del agua en la fuente.
Nuestra azotea cuenta con un bar privado al que solo pueden acceder los huéspedes, donde podrá relajarse y disfrutar de la fresca brisa marina de la bahía.

Beautiful hidden gem in the heart of old Havana
An absolute hidden gem. The perfect base for exploring Havana Old Town, it’s a short walk to the old square and the museums and restaurants. It’s located in the heart of authentic Havana away from the big tourist hotels. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived to when we left offering help and advice for touring Havana. The rooftop breakfasts were memorable as were the coffees and mojitos! They even organised an old car for airport transfers, and a memorable day trip to Viñales. Would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Havana.

Just a charming hotel!
We stayed at this lovely hotel in February 2025. It is old and eclectic and utterly charming. And the rooftop terrace first thing in the morning is divine! What a view. The staff are so service-oriented and really go the extra mile to ensure you have an excellent stay–as well as everything you might need. For example, we knew our flight would be getting in late and we had requested some basic food later at night. No problem at all! They also very agreeably stored our luggage for us while we went away overnight, which was very much appreciated.
It’s located in a handy part of town–just a few blocks from a main square. They also own the rooms next door–do ensure you’re up to walking up and down some very steep marble stairs if this is where they plan to place you. But they will happily handle your luggage for you.

Nos alojamos en este encantador hotel en febrero de 2025. Es antiguo y ecléctico y absolutamente encantador. Y la terraza de la azotea a primera hora de la mañana es divina! Vaya vista. El personal es tan servicial – orientado y realmente hacen un esfuerzo adicional para garantizar que tenga una excelente estancia – – así como todo lo que pueda necesitar. Por ejemplo, sabíamos que nuestro vuelo llegaría tarde y habíamos solicitado comida básica más tarde por la noche. ¡No hay problema! También muy agradablemente guardaron nuestro equipaje para nosotros mientras nos fuimos durante la noche, que fue muy apreciado.
Se encuentra en una parte práctica de la ciudad – – a solo unas cuadras de una plaza principal. También son dueños de las habitaciones de al lado – – asegurarse de que está hasta caminar arriba y abajo de algunas escaleras de mármol muy empinadas si aquí es donde planean colocarte. Pero estarán encantados de manejar su equipaje por usted.

The design and decoration of Hotel Jesús y María are absolutely stunning! The staff is incredibly attentive, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after exploring the city. With its breathtaking view of Havana, the terrace is ideal for enjoying breakfast or sipping a mojito at sunset. We will definitely be coming back!

Being a day we could not taste the charm of the stay where we were located which consisted of room, bathroom and living room with a beautiful table. Its high ceilings made it special.
Very good breakfast, on the roof of the house. Very healthy and complete, nothing was missing.
Excellent location, very close to the Old Square.
We would also like to thank the property for allowing us to leave our bags until departure to the airport.
Of course, we do not forget Rogelio and Pedro who welcomed us and treated us wonderfully always with a smile and a great willingness. If we add to that their great maturity, they have all my recognition and admiration.
We leave delighted and grateful to that beautiful land called Cuba but above all to its people, with a heart that does not fit in their chests

Our stay at JM7 was a wonderful beginning of our Cuba adventure. Everyone at JM7 was super friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. Our bedroom was amazing ~ spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, with AC and great internet. Breakfast on the rooftop was a treat. The location is within walking distance of many great restaurants, the historic center, and the bay. We stayed at 4 other places in Cuba but JM7 was the best. We highly recommend staying at JM7 when you visit Havana.

Casa Jesus Maria 7 was our first, and our favorite, place to stay during our recent visit to Cuba (and we stayed in 4 Casas in total). The room was comfortable and spotless, furniture was charming, everything worked in the room, the breakfast was great and served on a beautiful, cool roof terrace, and the location was close to the busy center of Old Havana while still being a short walk away from all the bustle. The house felt like an oasis. The best part, though, was the welcome and friendliness of all the staff. Everyone was helpful, and we enjoyed chatting with different staff members. Yes, they do sometimes take a little while to answer the door, but the house has 3 floors and it is a long way from the roof terrace to the front door! We highly recommend Casa Jesus Maria 7, and can’t wait to return!

We arrived late in the evening. Right away we were lovingly welcomed with a fresh cocktail on the roof terrace. We spent three nights here and every single person was very very friendly and motivated. The breakfast was great and very nicely arranged. The rooms are beautiful (we were allowed to look at some as it is low season at the moment) and have very high ceilings. This makes the temperature always comfortable. The hotel is very well located and you can reach everything very well on foot from here. We will definitely come back!

The staff have connections everywhere, nothing is too much for them. And of course the place is really beautiful, spacious, and has air conditioning (which is really important during the summer). Another important item was that their internet is free and reliable. We were able to connect with no issues while at this lovely hotel. Make sure to download a VPN before heading to Cuba so you can access your necessary sites.

We loved this place! The rooms were very clean and the overall appearance of the hotel was beautiful and antique looking. The rooftop area is great for breakfast and cocktails. The breakfasts are amazing! The staff were so helpful and kind. They made us cocktails, arranged taxis for us, and gave great recommendations on restaurants and sites to see. They even let us check in way earlier than usual because of our flight time. Javier and Juan Carlos were awesome and made sure that I had the best birthday! The two main managers were extremely helpful and friendly as well. Highly highly recommend this place.
